Nothing says FALL more than picking apples and apple cider donuts! Unfortunately, the “pick your own” apples are done for the season, but you can still stop by the produce market and pick up a delicious bundle, as well as cider and other baked goods! It’s good, wholesome fun for the whole family! And be sure to add it to your list for next year!

Halloween has come and gone – but are you still looking for a scary adventure? This is for our thrill-seeking readers! Visit this haunted wood place if you are looking for a scary local adventure. I can’t personally vouch for it because I am very easily spooked, but its been around for years and years and my kids loved going to it while growing up.
Take a hike
This time of year, there are so many trails that are glistening with red, orange, and yellow leaves! It’s the best time to take a hike. Check out our post highlighting the best hikes in our area.
Cherry Crest Adventure Farm
Another place we’ve highlighted before, but it really shines this time of year with all the Fall-filled-fun! It has one of the largest and oldest corn mazes in the country. There is so much to do at Cherry Crest that they recommend you allot 4-6 hours of time here!

Hot Air Balloon Ride
What better way to see Lancaster than from the sky?! If you are an early riser, you may have spotted hot air balloons flying in the sunrise before. Most people can’t say they’ve done this before though! The Fall foliage looks even better from the sky…
