Ready to think about finding your perfect home in Lancaster? If you are curious about homes that are currently on the market, our website is a great spot to start your search!
Most people immediately associate Lancaster with the Amish community and beautiful farmland. Located in the heart of the PA Dutch Country, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is a place your whole family will love!
From the Amazing Corn Maize (according to USA Today, Cherry Crest has the #1 corn maze in the country!) to the hay chute, straw bale tower, and feeding farm animals, this is the perfect combination of fun, family, and farms! So make plans to spend the day outside soaking up sunshine while experiencing all the fun Cherry Crest has to offer!
Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is open three seasons of the year, and each one offers its own unique attractions. It’s a great place to pick your own pumpkins in the Fall and your own flower bouquet (in the sunflower & zinnia fields!) in the Summer. Oh and did we mention – popcorn! That’s right, you can pick your own popcorn in the Fall. You can pick ears right from the corn stalks, bring it home and pop it from the ear. What a cool Lancaster experience
If you want to go at an extra FUN time, check out one of the festivals! On select Saturday’s throughout the year, they hold festivals of all kinds. My family will be at the Sunflower Festival in a few weeks!! Check out their website to see a list of other festivals they’re offering.
Live music? Say no more!!! Every Saturday from 3pm-6pm they offer live music to their visitors. This goes on till October 23rd.
If you need a break from the farm activities, they also have a handful of stores for shopping or meandering. From local cheese and pickles, to apparel, gemstones, and homemade fudge…they really have it all available to you at your fingertips.
One review said it best: “It doesn’t matter if you are 2 or 102, you can have fun at Cherry Crest Adventure Farm” and we couldn’t agree more. Visit their website and find a date to take your family to join the fun.
