3 Brunch Places to Try This Month

PC: Max’s Eatery

Searching for your perfect home in Lancaster? If you are curious about homes that are currently on the market, our website is a great spot to start your search!

Brunch is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the weekend. It’s laid back, it’s fun, and it’s delicious! These are three of my favorite brunch locations, all in different areas of Lancaster, that you should try this month…and if you have a favorite spot, let me know so I can try it this weekend!

Max’s Eatery

PC: Postmates

Just opened it’s second location on Fruitville Pike, the flagship Max’s Eatery is downtown on West King Street, just a block away from the Fulton and the Marriott. Max’s is the perfect take on “modern diner” food. The atmosphere is hip, colorful, and just all around pretty – not your typical shiny diner. Their menu features breakfast cocktails, spiked (and reg) milkshakes, and everything from traditional biscuits and gravy to buffalo chicken waffles…try  it!

Hudson Botanical Cafe

I went here with my girls for the first time last weekend. We left saying we could not wait to return! Located in Lancaster near the Smoketown airport, we decided to drive on back roads and take the scenic route on the way here. Hudson Botanical has a great backstory – check out their website to read it! It offers delicious food, catering, and plants available for purchase – all with a cool and unique Australian vibe. All the food was delicious, but you cannot go without getting their banana bread with espresso butter, AND their blackberry mint green tea. We will definitely return.

Bull’s Head Public House

PC: Lancaster Online
PC: Bulls Head Facebook

This place is a gem in downtown Lititz. It’s an iconic English pub with a variety of beers and drinks on tap. Most people have been for the drinks, but did you know they also offer a traditional English breakfast on Saturday mornings? Scotch eggs…bangers and mash…fish and chips…steak and ale pie…shepherd’s pie…there are so many more traditional dishes served here! Be transported some Saturday morning across the pond and experience this divine cuisine.
