Lititz, PA has all the charm and quaintness of a Hallmark movie. A main street lined with mom and pop shops, holiday parades, and even a chocolate factory. But perhaps one of the coolest and most unique parts of Lititz is Rock Lititz.

So what is Rock Lititz? It’s a one-stop-shop for all things in the live event industry. From design, engineering, manufacturing, rehearsals, they essential create the stages and sets for concerts…and probably for some of your favorite performers.

In 2012, three Lancaster companies combined forces and went out on a limb buying a farm in Lititz to turn it into a large-scale rock performance campus. The goal of this organization is to have a full concert venue-like space to plan concerts without the added pressure of having spectators. It makes the process of designing stages and rehearsing concerts much more enjoyable and relaxed for performers.
Big names such as Taylor Swift, U2, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Ariana Grande come to visit and work with the crew at Rock Lititz. The Rolling Stones, Mumford and Sons, Usher, Billy Joel, Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, Bon Jovi, Beyonce… these major stars all have been spotted in our little old town! Many of them comment that they love coming to Lititz because there is no media, no promotional appearances – just a peaceful, quiet place to be creative.

Unfortunately, we never know who is in town until they leave – visitors are kept very hush hush. So, while you aren’t guaranteed to run into Elton John while visiting Lititz, you are welcome to visit the Rock Lititz campus at any time!
It is 96 acres and expanding like crazy. There is a hotel (where the celebrities stay – but you can too!), a magnificent restaurant called Per Diem, a brewery called Fetish, and a flex workspace called Rock Candy. The performance area is referred to as “The Cube”, and quite literally looks like a huge black box rising from the cornfields. You could spend a whole day just exploring the grounds. And who knows, maybe you’ll have a celebrity spotting!

Lititz is dubbed America’s coolest small town – Rock Lititz definitely plays a role in that!
